Due to the personal hygiene and health protection nature of our products (such as the Ingrown Toenail Corrector Buckle), all sales are final, and items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold and dispatched. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Hygiene & Safety Notice (Fungal Infection Prevention)

Our products are designed for direct contact with toes, toenails, and surrounding skin. Because direct contact with toenails carries a potential risk of fungal and bacterial cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or re-stocking of any items once they leave our facility. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the personal health and hygiene of all our customers.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately. Once an order has been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled.
